Allegheny River / Bull Creek - Tarentum - January 13
Ah, Pennsylvania winters. Cold and snow followed by warm and rain. From its origin in Potter County, PA, through McKean, Cattaraugus (NY), Warren, Forest, Venango, Clarion and Armstrong counties (and all the tributaries), eventually, it all comes through Tarentum. (and there is a little geography too)

Looking at the first picture and based on the "I" beams. This was almost to Ivan levels in 2004. The last 2 pictures are looking at the Allegheny from Lowe Road in Lower Burrell.
